• Responsible for development, maintenance and support web-based applications and Email marketing system.
• Support daily operations on report generation through SQL/data filters.
• Setup and manage attributes and audience rules in Tealium.
• Develop reports and customer segmentation.
• Compile user requirements and work with both external vendor and internal team on delivering suitable IT solutions addressing digital marketing business needs.
• Work with external vendors and support team for the daily eDM dispatching.
• Prepare system documentation for ongoing support and enhancements.

• University degree holder in Computer Science or in relevant principles.
• At least 4-year relevant application development experience, of which at least 3-years in the capacity of Analyst Programmer.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience in SQL Server, .NET, and Java.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints.
• Business mind in Online Marketing Campaign (e.g., eDM, eNewsletter, Banner Ad et.).
• Practical experience in Tealium, Adobe Analytics and e-mail marketing solutions, e.g., Radica Intimate is an advantage.
• Solid experience in large scale web project development from requirements gathering, analysis, development, UAT and production release.
• Independent and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills to maintain good relationships with users at all levels.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills in both English and Chinese.
