As a Phase 2 trainee you will:

• Take on independent teaching responsibility (up to 18 hours per week)
• Complete your PGCE with QTS through Coventry University (NITE)
• Receive ongoing mentoring and developmental feedback
• Work towards fully meeting the Teachers’ Standards
• Build subject-specific pedagogy and classroom management skills
