The role offers opportunities to work closely with commercial partners and drive improvements in trading strategy. This position includes a competitive salary and flexible working options.
At Pulse Clean Energy, we are passionate about changing energy systems for the better. To do this we are building a team of people who can bring diversity of thought, expertise, and ideas to tackle big issues that will have a positive impact on our lives and the lives of those around us!
We invite you to join our growing, entrepreneurial team who want to make net zero a reality.
PCE’s Revenue and Trading team is looking for a Trading Performance Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing our relationship with optimizers and evaluating and improving the trading performance of our BESS assets by combining market intelligence with rigorous data analysis.
Working closely with the Market Data Analyst, you will gather, interpret, and act on information from both internal and external sources. You will be the bridge between raw performance data and actionable commercial insight — helping the team understand how our assets are performing, where we can do better, and how to hold our partners accountable.
At Pulse Clean Energy our purpose is to Improve Lives. People at Pulse share a belief in a more affordable, sustainable, and secure future. A future where our contributions to energy management will improve lives.
We thrive on the challenge to be our best, to deliver an unparalleled employee experience and to work as one team to continuously improve the social, economic, and natural environments in which we operate.
In addition to offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefit package that includes health, dental and critical illness insurance, enhanced parental leave policies and flexible/remote working options, we pride ourselves on helping you reach your potential, making a difference in our communities, and achieving success that is mutual.
At PCE, we are always looking for talented people with high potential and the drive to grow. If this role excites you and you believe you can make an impact, we encourage you to apply — even if you don’t satisfy every core or desirable requirement listed above. The right mindset and willingness to learn matter as much as what you already know.
PCE is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of background.
