A major supermarket chain in Braintree, England is seeking a Shift Leader for their busy store. This role involves overseeing daily operations, providing exemplary customer service, and managing team dynamics. This position offers competitive pay starting at £14.76 per hour and a minimum of 16 hours per week with opportunities for flexible working.

Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you prefer fewer hours (minimum 12) we also have opportunities.
Age requirement: 18 or over.
