TEAM MANAGER

Location: Primark Oxford Street West (Marble Arch)

Salary: £30,983 + £4000 Oxford Street Allowance (with 31 days annual leave & pension)

Contract: Full-Time, FTC 12 month, 5 days out of 7

What you’ll do

At Primark we do retail our way…so here is a taste of what you can expect in the role:

  1. Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store.
  2. Responsible for an allocated section or department of your store – including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, creating visual impact and of course sales.
  3. Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
  4. Organise your team of Retail Assistants, setting tasks daily.
  5. Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
  6. Drive your own development by taking advantage of our digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways and see yourself grow in a supportive place powered by our people.

What you’ll bring

Inspiring the team to deliver an amazing customer journey requires a bold team player to take the reins. Here’s what we need from you:

  1. Leadership experience and coaching skills – ability to influence your team to communicate, engage and challenge whilst keeping the customer at the forefront of your actions.
  2. Driver of performance through commercial awareness and talent development.
  3. Focus on building strong relationships to enhance employee culture and well-being.
  4. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to problem-solve.
