Elm Residential Care is seeking Team Leaders to join their dedicated team, providing therapeutic care in children's residential homes in Preston. Candidates must have at least six months of experience and a full UK driving license. Join a nurturing organization committed to employee and young people's well-being.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for passionate, caring, child-focused individuals to work as Team Leaders within our homes.
Elm Residential Care is a specialist, independent children's care home operator, providing young people with a safe, nurturing environment where they are supported and equipped to build brighter futures.
Our team is the foundation of everything we do, and without their dedication and commitment, it would be impossible to deliver the exceptional therapeutic care we expect our young people to receive. As such, our goal is to ensure everyone who works at Elm is happy, motivated, supported, and well rewarded.
To be considered for this role, you MUST have worked within Children's Residential Care for at least six months and hold a full clean UK driving license. Ideally, you will also hold your Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Working with Children & Young People.
If you have the required experience and driving license but don’t currently hold these qualifications, you may still be considered for the position if you agree to achieve these within a pre-agreed time frame upon commencing employment with Elm Residential Care.
