Job summary

A leading compliance SaaS provider in London is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their UK Sales Organisation. You will leverage your compliance knowledge and technical skills to assist financial institutions in transforming their compliance processes. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role and excels in communication and presentation. This position may require some travel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in compliance within a financial institution or RegTech.
• Experience in a client-facing role such as Sales Engineer or Product Specialist.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to drive new business.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand compliance challenges.
• Translate regulatory requirements into software solutions.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts.
• Prepare technical sales collateral and attend client events.
• Communicate client feedback to Product Management teams.
• Stay informed about evolving regulatory frameworks.
• Participate in client visits; some travel required.
