Job summary

A family-owned hydraulic manufacturing company is looking for an Operations Director to ensure operational efficiency and effective team leadership. The ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience in manufacturing, with a strong understanding of machining and engineering processes. Responsibilities include driving cross-functional alignment and translating strategic goals into operational performance. A degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering is required, as well as proven skills in planning, budget control, and team development.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in operations within manufacturing or engineering.
• Strong understanding of machining, welding, assembly, and hydraulic cylinder manufacturing processes.
• Solid planning capability including production scheduling and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Drive on-time delivery, productivity, quality, and cost control.
• Leadership of the operations team to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Support investment decisions through analysis and planning.
