Overview

Take the Lead on Projects That Challenge You. We’re looking for a Senior Structural Engineer who thrives on solving complex technical problems, delivering high-quality structural design, and supporting others to grow. What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading structural design packages for small–medium projects, or owning key design elements within major multidisciplinary schemes
• Producing and reviewing structural calculations, models, drawings, and specifications
• Applying deep knowledge of UK design codes (Eurocodes, National Annexes, British Standards)
• Carrying out detailed structural analysis using industry-standard software
• Contributing to project programmes and providing progress updates to senior engineers
• Supporting tenders, fee proposals and technical scope development
• Introducing practical, smart structural solutions that improve buildability and sustainability
• Mentoring junior structural engineers and supporting their development

What You Bring

• Chartered Structural Engineer (CEng MIStructE or CEng MICE with strong structural focus)
• Strong experience delivering structural design for complex building or infrastructure projects
• Technical expertise across:
  • Steel
  • Concrete
  • Timber
  • Masonry design
  • Structural assessments and refurbishment
  • Dynamic or seismic analysis (advantageous)
  • High proficiency in tools such as Tekla Structural Designer, STAAD, Robot, or Tedds
• Experience working within integrated multidisciplinary project teams
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and Navisworks
• Understanding of CDM duties and structural safety
• CSCS card, eligibility for SC clearance, and full UK driving licence
