As a Senior Producer based in our London office, you will work on a wide variety of projects and content campaigns requiring 360 production expertise (photo, video, digital, print, social, web3, etc) for our global portfolio of brands.
Reporting directly to the Executive Producer, the Senior Producer will work within a specialised production team on a variety of campaigns with advertisers and Condé Nast's global portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate is a strong producer with proven experience executing work that brings brands closer to culture. You should have a strong passion for visual storytelling and be able to apply a discerning point of view to our most valued advertising partners.
You will need to bring a sound base of cultural and creative references and a hard-working collaborative attitude to every project. The role is responsible for the production oversight of creative executions. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a smooth and efficient process across all projects while upholding Condé Nast's brand voices, creative standards and codes throughout.
This role will sit within the Global CNCC UK Production Team. The right candidate will have strong expertise in producing integrated marketing campaigns inclusive of video, stills, print, social and digital. The role will suit an all round team player with a passion for delivering high quality, engaging content through the lens of our Condé Nast brands.
What you will do:
- Drive the creation of the highest quality original creative content and narratives. Tell compelling stories as a producer across branded content.
- Commission teams to deliver shoots.
- Ensure visual quality and accuracy of details are paramount throughout and appropriate for the brands involved.
- Work closely with Creative, Post-Production and Activation Teams to ensure campaign productions run smoothly, on budget, and on schedule.
- Work on presale, responding to Creative Ideas to produce budgets and bids from scratch.
- Budget management and oversight including processing invoices.
- Manage campaign timelines in partnership with activation and post-production teams.
- Manage multiple production jobs at the same time from concept, hiring, project planning, directors, casting, and post-production.
- Keeping a fresh roster of production partners in partnership with the creative team and through the lens of each editorial brand.
- Management of shoot days.
- Managing crew contracts and usage agreements.
- Management of the production as well as the post-production up to delivery to the Activation team.
- Understanding of key legal requirements, including rights relating to licensing, releases and contracts.
- Up to date knowledge on Health and Safety and insurance requirements.
- Experience of arranging carnets, visas and other international permissions.
