About The Job

Our software, Miles, is an ERP software for finance, leasing, fleet and mobility management in the automotive industry. It is a complex end-to-end solution that includes front, mid and back office functions and can be extensively customized to the customer's needs through configuration. Our customers are leasing and financing companies from the automotive industry. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary unit and play a key role in creating, configuring, and assembling the foundational components of Sofico’s solution to support and enhance business processes. By collaborating closely with clients and project teams, you will design, implement, and deliver tailored solutions that meet the customer needs.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze and refine customer requirements into detailed functional and system specifications
• Assess existing Miles functionality and propose effective solution directions
• Develop, execute and document configuration solution designs in collaboration with stakeholders
• Conduct unit testing to ensure quality and reliability of configured solutions
• Ensure timely delivery and successful handover of solutions to customers
• Support data migration, document management, and reporting from an in-depth understanding of customer solutions
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align project solutions with the product’s roadmap and future developments
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing across teams
• Lead workshops and customer engagements to drive solution adoption and success
