Join our bustling Bromley office, situated in one of London’s greenest boroughs. Here you will find plentiful and easy commuting routes, with central London just 15 minutes away by train.

Job Description:

First point of contact for clients submitting Trade implementation requests via email channel for high revenue clients. Handles end-to-end processing for complex implementation while engaging other business partners as needed. Work with internal business partners to ensure the successful implementation of services.

Responsible for acting as the primary interface with the client to establish all connectivity between organizations. Organizes all internal and external project related activities to ensure a timely and smooth client implementation process related to trade finance products, services, and technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage dedicated email inbox, prioritize client requests, case and implement eligible items
  • Create a case/package for tracking, monitoring and E2E resolution as applicable
  • Receive and respond to implementation requests and questions from internal partners
  • Conduct limited research and respond to client inquiries
  • Utilize the various bank systems to support clients’ requests
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding of clients to the Trade platform for eligibility in standard Trade products and Supply Chain Finance programs
  • Oversee all elements of relevant KYC and Legal documentation required to facilitate client onboarding.

  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities
  • Knowledge of global trade business
  • Ability to manage timelines, display sound judgment, and identify points for escalation
  • Collaborative, experienced in working with business partners to achieve goals and successfully complete projects and initiatives
  • Project and/or Project Management skills
