Senior Embedded Software – Linux, C+

A fantastic opportunity is now available for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join a company based in Leicester who are experts within their industry and expanding their Engineering team. You will be their Senior Embedded Software Engineer, liaising with the mechanical and electronics engineers in a team of 7. You will have excellent knowledge of C++ Programming. The company offers hybrid working: 3 days on-site and 2 from home. (Please note the company is unfortunately not able to sponsor).

As their Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will be programming in C++ and using Embedded Linux. You will also be part of further development plans in the future for a company that values your expertise and knowledge, working through the full product lifecycle. The MD of the company comes from a technical Engineering background, and the projects are engineering-led from the top.

5. Microcontrollers STM32
6. UART, I2C, SPI
7. Ability to mentor/guide Junior Engineers

Desirable skills:

1. Xilinx, Zynq
