Job summary

A leading engineering firm based in Sheffield is seeking experienced Electro-Mechanical Engineers to join their rail team. Responsibilities include assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing highly complex equipment. Candidates should hold a Mechanical Engineering qualification and have previous experience in an Electro-Mechanical environment. Knowledge of AC/DC motors and a valid driving license are essential. This position offers opportunities to travel for site work both in the UK and overseas.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Mechanical Engineering (C&G or NVQ equivalent).
• Previous experience in an Electro-Mechanical environment preferred.
• Knowledge of AC/DC motors and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, maintain, and repair equipment including complex machines.
• Inspect and disassemble rotating machines.
• Read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings.

Skills
