We’re looking for an experienced, kind-hearted person to join us as a Senior Care Assistant in Harrogate and surrounding areas. If you’re already a Field Care Supervisor, or an experienced Care Assistant looking for career progression, then this is the role for you. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will support our care management team in Harrogate to manage client care and support our care professionals.

Salary: £15.70 to £16.70 per hour (including paid travel time), paid mileage at 45p per mile, paid on-call, and double time bank holidays.

• Providing outstanding care and support to our clients in their own homes
• Supporting, supervising and assessing new and existing care professionals
• Supporting the care management team with assessments and client reviews
• Participating in quality assurance reviews and other audit and control initiatives
• Contributing to on-call
• You’ll need a smartphone to use our app
