SEN Teacher Role
  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with ASD, speech and language delays & complex needs.
  • Create a safe, structured, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Use positive behaviour management strategies to support students effectively.
  • Work closely with a strong team of SEN support staff, therapists, and parents.
About You
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or SEN qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of ASD & communication strategies for supporting students with complex needs.
  • Skilled in managing challenging behaviour with a calm, proactive approach.
