Principally you will carry out support duties for the team – who work in our Hove waterfront office, as well as hybrid and remote.   • You’re digitally savvy and able to maximise the use of tech so humans can do what humans do best!
  • A strong administrative background, excellent grammar, meticulous with detail, and well organised
  • You enjoy making things simpler, better, and more efficient
  • The ability to prioritise your workload and tackle a variety of tasks on any given day
  • Self-motivation is key because you won’t find micro-management here
  • Overall, you’ll be someone who sits at the foundation of the entire team’s work so you’ll be approachable, responsive and solutions focused.

Those are the aptitudes but here’s a bit more about the tasks we’d want your help with:

  • Managing database set up, integrations and automations to ensure data health is foremost
  • Filtering staff support requests and providing ad hoc technical support on cloud platform, VOIP system etc
  • Upholding our privacy policy, data protection requirements and cyber security protocols to ensure compliance
  • Quickly turning around formatted CVs using parsing software
  • Serve as the operational contact for software providers and third parties to escalate issues and keep abreast of updates
  • Participate in regular audits to ensure compliance with internal standards
  • Ensuring the office is fully stocked at all times – Stationery orders, supplies etc.
  • Working with the Head of Operations on project work aligned with company strategy
