Are you enthusiastic about kitchenware and eager to share your knowledge with others? ProCook is looking for dedicated Sales Advisors to join our new store in Chichester!
This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with customers, showcase our products, and contribute to their culinary adventures.
This is a new store opening with various part-time positions available:
- 1 x 20 hours
- 1 x 17 hours
- 1 x 16 hours
As a Sales Advisor, your role is to ensure customers receive excellent service and help them find the perfect kitchen essentials. Create an inviting environment that makes shopping enjoyable for everyone!
- Welcome customers warmly and assist in selecting products
- Engage customers with product knowledge and provide exceptional service
- Participate in product training to enhance your expertise
- Maintain store organization and visual standards
- Prepare the store for busy and rewarding interactions
- Greet customers as if they are friends
- Share enthusiasm for our kitchenware range and answer inquiries
- Handle transactions and customer requests efficiently
- Keep displays fresh and stocked
- Gather and share feedback to improve shopping experience
- Assist in maintaining stock levels
- Contribute to store duties and serve as Keyholder occasionally
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
- Motivated to achieve sales goals and personal objectives
- Friendly team player with a positive outlook
- Good listener and understanding of customer needs
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Comfortable with technology and POS systems
While we provide a structured rota, flexibility is important for this role.
