The Retail Media Associate Account Director position is a critical hire within the Commerce team in the agency and aimed at delivering best-in-class online retail strategy and uncovering growth opportunities. The successful applicant will have strong strategic, communication, and presentation skills, and be adept at solving complex business problems in a matrixed organisation.
We’re looking for somebody with experience in campaign management, plus a deep understanding of eCommerce, retail optimisation, portfolio management, and data insights. Experience or interest in social commerce is a plus. The role involves assessing challenges, offering innovative solutions, and effectively communicating these to a senior audience.
