SSP Canada operates several restaurants within the Montreal Trudeau International Airport. At SSP Canada, our Servers enjoy engaging with our guests while serving hand-crafted beverages and delicious food. Our servers stay updated on trends in the alcoholic beverage industry, with experience in crafting beverages and serving them with attention to detail. Our restaurants are fast-paced, requiring servers to work quickly, accurately, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Here are some benefits of joining our team as a server:

  • Greet guests promptly, courteously, and friendly
  • Input orders into the register and create checks for guests
  • Handle cash, make change, verify charges, and record transactions
  • Maintain proper setup of the bar at all times
  • Manage stock, prepare and store garnishes, juices, and perishables daily to ensure quality
  • Adhere to all liquor regulations regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests
  • Perform cleaning tasks to meet health standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and requirements include:
  • At least one year of serving experience
  • Smart Serve certification
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of alcohol
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and measurements
