• Experience working in a Service Delivery environment (ITIL processes).
• Proven ability to meet Service Level Agreements.
• Skilled in providing 2nd Line desktop support in a Windows 10 environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver second-line technical support to agreed Service Levels.
• Maintain and configure desktop environments across multiple sites.
• Resolve hardware and software issues for PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
