Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking passionate and energetic doctoral-level (Ph.D or Psy.D) Psychologists to join our dedicated team. We are committed to the research, development, and implementation of cutting‑edge, evidence‑based practices in population‑based behavioral health.
For over 20 years, CHA's psychiatry teams have delivered compassionate care to a diverse patient population across our established network of ambulatory clinics, an urgent care site, and two full-service hospitals in Cambridge, Somerville, and Boston's Metro‑North communities.
CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 403b retirement accounts with matching, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and a CME allotment (both time and dollars). The full‑time salary range is $111,000-$140,000, pro‑rated for part‑time positions, and based on years of experience and specific role.
The position carries a Harvard Medical School (HMS) appointment of Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor, commensurate with HMS appointment criteria, candidate qualifications and commitment to teaching responsibilities.
