We unite audience, brand and culture by fusing earned media storytelling with the science of paid strategies. We create breakthrough work that inspires action on a global scale with offices in New York, London, Paris and affiliates in every major market. We believe brands have the power to inspire positive cultural change.

The Role

If your imagination knows no limits and you’re all about smart solutions and kicking ass, then Exposure wants to work with you. We are looking for an established integrated mid-weight producer with at least 4 years agency experience in the field. The ideal candidate will enjoy working across a range of projects covering print, video and OOH and work well within account team structures with a passion for both pre and post-production. We are looking for someone who can deliver, wants to learn and can add excellence to the team!

Key Areas of Responsibility

Reports to: Executive Production Director

This role is all about organisation, problem solving and delivery. You will create and maintain project documentation including budgets, schedules and SOWs alongside wider Production and Client Services teams but the nuances of the role will change as projects do. You will be the driver and project owner for end-to-end project delivery through scoping, creative, pre-production, production, and post-production stages for small/medium sized content shoots and across integrated projects – as well as work into the lead producer on larger projects.

Work will entail:

  • Scoping and budgeting projects
  • Creating and managing timing plans
  • Planning and booking resource for projects
  • Briefing working teams and managing check-ins and reviews
  • Managing internal stakeholders
  • Sourcing and contracting crew & suppliers inclusive of international and local directing talent, treatment developers, casting agents, actors, artistes and location searchers.
  • Working with production, post production and trafficking teams including sound technicians, copywriters, actors, production producers, photographers, retouchers, artworkers
  • Creating PPM decks and shoot paperwork (call sheets, risk assessment)
  • Creating asset matrixes and delivering assets according to media plans
  • Procuring child licenses and location permits
  • Managing budget reconciliations and live trackers incl. change request
  • Working through the transcreation, localisation and QC’ing of assets

Requirements

Required Skills / Knowledge:

  • Understanding of all pre-production, production and post process and key industry best practices
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate well with others including deck building, giving presentations and leading briefings
  • Proven ability to both work into senior/executive producers and guiding and training junior team members
  • Be a proactive problem solver
  • Have the ability to work to tight deadlines, while never sacrificing quality
  • Have produced small to medium sized productions across multiple channels
  • Have worked with other producers on larger productions working with production partners
  • A solid understanding of the entire online and offline processes
  • A solid understanding of export specs and video safeguarding requirements (safe zones/flashing etc.)
  • A working knowledge of the latest video trends and technologies
  • Good knowledge of social media and the new ways of advertising

Clients:

  • Understand who our clients are across the agency.
  • Know who each project is for and have an awareness of what they’re trying to achieve.
  • Know what success looks like for each project.

Commercial:

  • Follow all internal financial and reporting processes.
  • Coordinate the team to make sure others follow the correct procedures such as timesheets and financial processes.
  • Monitor your own workload and ensure any required timesheets are completed for yourself.

Team:

  • Work collaboratively with others to ensure delivery is at the highest level.
  • Work within agreed processes and procedures and promote consistency in others
  • Proactively consider your own performance and development goals.
