Process and Monitoring Coordinator

Up to £30,000 plus benefits (Work Level 6B)

We're looking for a Process Monitoring Coordinator to join our Optimisation Centre (OC). The OC is a dedicated support team that embeds, protects, and optimises SAP processes, with the ultimate goal of providing business assurance through change, collaborating closely with teams across the Group to ensure our solutions meet Co-op's business needs.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in understanding through monitoring the performance of our business processes, particularly during new system implementations or changes. As a Process Monitoring Coordinator, you'll design and develop user-friendly dashboards in Power BI, offering clear insights that support process optimisation and help drive awareness of performance across the business, mainly within our SAP landscape.

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with our Process Analysts and Business Process Partners in the Process, data, and Monitoring team to produce and maintain dashboards incorporating trend analysis.
  • Support our team and the wider business by using Power BI to develop reports on our systems and processes.
  • Streamline the efficiencies of our dashboard republishing by improving, consolidating, and automating the data/process.
  • Support and co-ordinate monitoring activity across the team, including managing inbox queries, reporting schedules/frequencies, and facilitating meetings.
  • Verify the validity and integrity of our data, identifying any trends or areas of improvement.
  • Support various business forums with creating agendas, note taking, capturing actions, and maintaining accuracy of tracking logs.
  • Support Process Improvement Analysts with ad-hoc requests such as process map amendments.
  • Maintain the optimisation Centre SharePoint and Power App processes.

This role would suit people who have

  • Strong problem-solving, organisational, and presentation skills with a high attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Query & Power App with an understanding of DAX, Power BI data visualisations with the ability to understand and interlink datasets.
  • An inquisitive nature to understand the workings of process and data.
