Qualifications

• Hold a full unrestricted D1 driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Hold a CPC qualification card with mandatory training kept up to date.
• Minimum of two years’ experience of driving a bus or coach.

Responsibilities

• Operate the vehicle in a safe manner adhering to local road restrictions.
• Ensure mandatory vehicle checks are undertaken every time the vehicle is used.
• Communicate with passengers and clients in a patient, informative manner.

Skills

Sound understanding of working with individuals with disabilities

Patient and level-headed attitude

Full unrestricted D1 driving licence

CPC qualification card

Two years’ experience driving a bus or coach

DVLA Digital Tachograph driver's card

Willingness to undertake DBS check

Current D4 medical examination report
