As the Operations Lead - Life Science for the Life Science Division, you will manage and oversee the operations of our Life Science translation services. This position requires a candidate with extensive experience in managing pharma clients, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in translation.

Responsibilities:
1.Client Management:
- Manage and build relationships with pharmaceutical clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

2. Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Medical Division.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.

3. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of translators and project managers.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.

4. Strategy:
- Develop innovative solutions and strategies for the Medical Division.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in managing pharma clients in the language services industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong background in translation and medical terminology.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
