Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Gateshead seeks an Occupational Health Physician to offer expert medical advice and support to clients. You will manage employee health and provide guidance on occupational health issues. Ideal candidates will hold an MFOM qualification and have significant experience in the field. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience within the private sector as a physician.
• Qualifications for rail work are desired.
• Current MDU restriction required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational health services to clients with the highest standards.
• Act as Corporate Medical Advisor to private and public sector organisations.
• Provide medical advice for long-term disability claims.

Skills

Demonstrable experience in a similar role

Good understanding of employment law

Hands on knowledge of health surveillance

Qualified to undertake HAVs testing

Knowledge of Outlook and Word

Education

MFOM qualification

Current GMC registration
