Kindred Nurseries, has an opportunity for an inspiring and caring individual to join the team as a Nursery Apprentice. This would be an ideal position for somebody looking to start their career within the early years sector whilst learning a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare.

Earn while you learn - This is a full-time position requiring the successful candidate to flexibly work 35-40 hours Monday to Friday. This role is offering an hourly rate of £7.55 per hourwith an extensive benefits package and a fully funded apprenticeship.

The key responsibilities for a Nursery Apprentice is to:

• Complete a relevant qualification within the agreed timeframe and develop professionally
• Learn all aspects of the Key Person role with the support of a mentor
• Have a shared responsibility for safeguarding, protect children, parents, and staff from harm
• Work as part of a supportive team
• Carry out Practitioner tasks with support and supervision

How Kindred will support you:

• We will assign you a mentor to support you and guide you through your qualification
• You will be enrolled onto a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification
• Whilst you study towards your qualification, you will be given time for on-the-job training
• Your mentor will ensure that you understand and follow company Policies and Procedures
• The Nursery team will welcome you and help you to feel part of the Kindred family
