Job summary

A national veterinary organisation in the UK is seeking an Operations Support Manager to oversee clinic operations across multiple locations. You will be responsible for ensuring effective communication, support team meetings, manage recruitment processes, and maintain compliance with standards. Qualifications

• Solid understanding of operational delivery in multi-site environments.
• Experience supporting service delivery teams across multiple locations.
• Familiarity with Health & Safety and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Visit clinics bi-weekly and act as the primary contact for Partners and Lead Vets.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and ensure a quality onboarding experience.
• Build and maintain clinic rotas ensuring full coverage and locum support.
