  • Ability to motivate and nurture a sales team.
  • Excellent negotiation abilities at senior levels.
  • Skilled in preparing professional proposals.
  • Understanding of customer service essentials.
  • IT literacy and sound administration skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales strategy for major accounts to achieve goals.
  • Manage, motivate, and evaluate the performance of Major Accounts Managers.
  • Visit client sites and offices regularly to maximize revenue.
  • Compile tenders and proposals for Major Account customers.
  • Monitor service levels at Major Accounts and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare reports for the Group Major Account Director.
  • Attend regional/national sales meetings and report findings.
  • Prepare annual team budget.
