About the Role

We’re looking for a Mobile Retail Sales Designer to join our team in the Preston showroom. Our mobile showrooms allow us to bring the authentic Wren design experience to customers’ homes.

You’ll receive a competitive basic salary of £25,400 with uncapped commission and an on‑target earnings (OTE) of £50,000.

Main Responsibilities
  • Inspire customers by showcasing the possibilities of Wren’s kitchen and bedroom designs.
  • Guide customers through the process from initial inquiry to first design, witnessing the transformation of their dream kitchen.
  • Conduct thorough surveys of customers’ homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos, and explain the process during the visit.
  • Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers to foster strong relationships and meet their expectations.
  • Ensure you read, understand and adhere to Health & Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Integrated Management System responsibilities document.

About You
  • Prior experience in the KBB industry or fitted furniture sales is required.

  • Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Full UK manual driving licence.
  • Organised and capable of working independently, managing time to optimise each customer experience.
