Churches Fire & Security Ltd is an industry leading National Fire & Security business that is rapidly growing. We are seeking a proactive and motivated professional to join our team. Churches Fire & Security has a track record of providing excellent opportunities nationwide. We are now looking for a Mid-Market Sales Surveyor to manage a busy pipeline of sales enquiries, organize and manage diaries, qualify leads from initial enquiry, arrange site surveys, conduct customer face-to-face meetings, complete designs and costs relevant to the enquiry, produce tailored proposals, and negotiate successful work awards. Be sales-driven and become a valued part of our National Accounts Team.

The Role:

• Respond to enquiries through various platforms to develop new customers.
• Attend sites with existing and potential customers to develop enquiries.
• Review enquiries and gather information to quote required works.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure enquiries meet customer expectations and full compliance.
• Produce costing for enquiries, obtain supplier pricing, and seek approval for design and costs as needed.
• Meet deadlines for proposals for both business and customers.
• Follow up on proposals, review feedback, and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate weekly forecast reports for the National Accounts Sales Manager.
• Update all stages of the sales process within the NAV (CRM) system.
• Seek out new service and installation opportunities when possible.
• Maintain excellent communication and liaison with customers and departments.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in CCTV, intruder, access control, and fire alarm services and sales.
• Experience in surveying, designing, and quoting for security systems and fire alarms.
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to thrive in a targeted environment.
• Proactive, hard-working, and goal-oriented.
• Experience working with both new and existing customer bases.
