Degree Level: A-LevelJob Description:Administrator | Medical Records| Brighton, Hove |Permanent, Full-Time -shift based- 37.5 hours- | CPD opportunitiesThe Montefiore Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and adaptable Administrator to join our Medical Records team on a Full-Time and Permanent basis.

• Shift Patterns: Mon- Fri, 8 hours on site (between 7-6pm)

The Montefiore Hospital is a premium provider of private healthcare in Hove- East Sussex. We practice some of the most advanced treatments with the latest generation imaging and diagnostic technology. This means we can offer everything from screening, rehabilitation and cutting-edge surgical procedures across a variety of specialist treatments which are all delivered through our expert and caring clinical teamsDuties and responsibilities:

• Taking primary responsibility for the accurate preparation, tracking and storage of all medical records for the hospital
• Preparing medical records prior to outpatient clinics, and the effective transportation of those records to the relevant department(s), inclusive of filing upon completion
• Ensuring a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, due to the high volume of appointments the hospital manages on a daily basis

Who we’re looking for

• Someone who is highly organised and accurate and works well to tight deadlines
• Experience working in a similar environment would be beneficial but by no means necessary as full training will be provided
• Must be a good communicator and have good computer literacy
• Someone who works well as part of a team
