Marketing Assistant

Position: Marketing Assistant

Location: Worthing, West Sussex

Type: Full time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £26,000 per year plus various company benefits

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our teams here at Bluecrest Wellness! Under the guidance of our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be an integral part of our marketing team, providing administrative support and assisting with a range of day-to-day marketing activities.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

  • Marketing Administration: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team.
  • Data Management: Clean, organise, import and segment marketing data.
  • Email Marketing: Assist with creation of email templates, marketing lists, and scheduling.
  • Referral Programme Support: Manage the referral marketing programme.
  • Website Updates: Update and create website pages as required.
  • Offer Code Creation: Support in the creation and distribution of promotional offer codes.
  • Creative Marketing: Assist with design and content for marketing templates.
  • Customer Testimonial/Case Study Management: Monitor feedback and identify case study opportunities.
  • Reporting: Assist with evaluation of marketing campaigns and creation of reports.
  • Monitor the Marketing Inbox: Ensure responses within 48 hours.
  • Social Media Campaign Support: Assist with social media posting schedule and tracking.
  • General Support: Assist the marketing team with ad-hoc projects and tasks.
Requirements

What We’d Like to See from You:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work both as a team player and independently.
  • Proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not essential.
  • A business or Marketing qualification is preferred but not essential.
