This individual will work closely with senior strategists to develop and maintain comprehensive macroeconomic forecasts for European economies, with a focus on country-specific analysis and policy implications.**RESPONSIBILITIES** The successful candidate will bring a blend of quantitative rigor and qualitative insight to:* Develop and maintain detailed economic forecasts for European economies, including detailed country-level analysis and policy implications;* Create proprietary economic indicators and quantitative frameworks to identify investment opportunities and identify market mispricing; and* Present economic insights & investment recommendations to portfolio managers.**QUALIFICATIONS** We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following:* 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in macro analysis and forecasting, ideally of European economies. This may have been gained at another financial services firm or within a government institution;* A strong academic background, including an undergraduate degree in Economics.
