Job description

Role title: Line Leader (Supervisor/ Team Leader) – Day Shift

Salary: £14.99 per hour

Shift/Working hours: 4 on 4 off, 6am – 6pm

Location: Huntingdon

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Line Leader (Supervisor/Team Leader) who thrives in a friendly, non-hierarchical, consumer-focused, and customer-driven high-performance culture to oversee daily operations of their assigned line within our state-of-the-art Production Facilities.

As a Line Leader, you will support the Shift Manager/Production Manager in ensuring all shift goals are safely achieved.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Managing the daily production function of the line/team
  2. Communicating all relevant information about your production line to the team and/or Production Manager
  3. Ensuring full traceability for every batch through accurate paperwork recording
  4. Supporting the Production Manager in implementing and improving procedures and processes to uphold high standards
  5. Motivating colleagues positively and assisting in their development through cross-training and continuous assessment
  6. Monitoring staff performance and addressing any underperformance
Requirements:
  • Previous team management experience, ideally in a food production environment
  • Health & Safety experience and focus
