As a Lecturer In Electrical Installations, You Will

This role is for 25.5 hours per week with a pro rata salary of £23,936 up to £26,250 per annum

Whether you're an experienced teacher or a skilled industry professional ready for a new challenge, we’ll support you every step of the way.

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, creative, and passionate about helping learners thrive. You’ll plan and deliver engaging lessons that bring electrical installations to life, while using your strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students.

A key part of the role involves tracking and assessing learner progress, using this insight to plan effective support and ensure all students develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

You’ll teach across a range of programmes, from Level 1 to Level 3, motivating and inspiring learners to reach their full potential.

Ideally, you’ll have experience in teaching or have delivered training in the workplace—but this isn’t essential. If you have a positive outlook, empathy for learners, and strong group management skills, we’ll provide the training and support you need,

Please note that there are two salary scale points for our Lecturer positions. All candidates will start at the introductory salary scale point unless certain criteria are met. Employees can move up the salary scale once one full academic year of teaching for our group is complete, subject to approval. Therefore, internal applicants may qualify for the higher salary scale, although should seek clarification.
