What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and manage a small team of managers overnight, ensuring all replenishment activities are completed for customer readiness the next morning.
• Plan for upcoming key trading activities and events by collaborating with the store leadership team.
• Manage people, including scheduling, training, communication, and employee relations such as performance management and absence handling.
• Take full accountability for the store overnight, role-modeling and coaching for high standards and efficiency.
• Ensure health and safety of all colleagues during your shift.

Our nightshift managers work full-time over 4 nights, with a £4,500 premium on top of their base salary (shifts typically from 22:00 to 08:00).
