A leading finance technology firm is seeking a Mid Level KDB Developer to support its electronic FX technology platform. This role involves partnering with FX stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions, analyzing large data sets in low-latency environments, and providing design and architecture expertise for KDB+. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Q/KDB+, a good understanding of software delivery processes, and UNIX/Linux operating knowledge. The position is in-office, located in Central London.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Q/KDB+, including design, build, and management of KDB+ environments.
• Good understanding of software delivery processes.
• Solid working knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with FX Front Office stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions.
• Rapidly prototype and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyze large-scale data sets in low-latency environments.
• Provide technical design and architecture expertise.
• Contribute to the software delivery lifecycle.
• Provide technical assistance and production support.
• Participate in software releases and sprint planning.
