As part of the online team, you will collaborate with Retail Operations and commercial teams to ensure stores have the right products and stock to maximize sales.

Demand Planner – Supply Chain / FMCG / Capacity Planning / Retail Operations

Location: Chertsey, Surrey

Contract: 12-month Fixed Term

Work Arrangement: 3 days/week onsite

We are seeking a Junior Demand Planner to join an established global company.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with retail and commercial teams to optimize stock levels and product availability.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Experience in supply chain, demand planning, and forecasting within retail or FMCG sectors.
  • Knowledge of advanced planning techniques such as S&OP and capacity planning.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well within a team.
  • Analytical mindset.
