We are currently seeking a Senior Litigation Solicitor (10+ PQE) to join our Commercial Litigation team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded litigator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take a leading role within a collaborative, forward-looking firm.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including complex contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts, professional negligence, and financial claims.
• Work closely with clients to provide strategic advice and clear, commercially sound solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous development of the team’s capabilities.
• Play an active role in business development and client relationship management.
• Collaborate with the wider team on litigation technology and process efficiency, leveraging tools like Matter AI.

What We’re Looking For

• A UK-qualified solicitor with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven track record of handling complex, high-value disputes independently.
• A strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and excellent client-facing skills.
• Experience in supervising and mentoring junior solicitors is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working in a tech-enabled environment and open to innovation.
