An educational institution is looking for an IT Technician to provide quality support at Turner Free School. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, focusing on customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining hardware/software, troubleshooting IT issues, and supporting a team. We are looking for anIT Technician to join our IT Service department. The primary objective of this role is to deliver a high-quality support service to Turner Schools. This is principally a customer facing role predominately based at Turner Free School. Therefore, excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on quality customer service are essential.
The expected working hours will be defined in the contract, however, for guidance it will be between 8am-4pm. This role will be based at Turner Free School and may include occasional travel to other schools in the Trust. You will form an onsite team of 2 and benefit from being part of a wider Trust IT Department
