We’re looking for a People Advisor who’s ready to make a real impact across our site. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a fast-paced, hands‑on environment where no two days are the same. This is a full‑time, permanent opportunity based on‑site at our Sheffield location (S35). In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000–£40,000, depending on experience, along with a structured development plan designed to support your professional growth. You’ll benefit from dedicated training, mentorship, and clear pathways for career progression within our organisation.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our people agenda — providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle, supporting employee relations cases, and helping our People Managers create a positive, engaging workplace. From Team Leaders to Operations Managers, you’ll be the trusted partner they turn to for clear advice, confident decision‑making, and constructive challenge.

You’ll also play a key role in driving site‑wide engagement activities and contributing to meaningful People projects, ensuring our culture continues to grow stronger every day. If you’re ready to make a difference, develop your HR career, and be part of a supportive and ambitious People Team, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and feedback on employee relations and people policies, including reviewing and improving policies and processes, communicating changes to stakeholders
  • Coach and develop managers on people‑related matters, providing on‑site training and guidance across key areas such as investigations, disciplinary processes, welfare meetings, appeals, grievances, and performance management
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance existing policies and procedures
  • Support the development of a high‑performance culture by helping managers address poor performance effectively and enabling meaningful, outcome‑focused conversations
  • Lead on driving a positive Colleague Experience by providing feedback to the wider People Team on the colleague lifecycle, promoting an inclusive and engaging culture, advocating for colleagues, and acting as a role model for our values
Skills & Experience needed
  • Proven experience working in a similar role within a warehouse or industrial environment
  • Up‑to‑date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Strong background in managing employee relations cases and providing clear, practical guidance to managers
