We’re looking for a People Advisor who’s ready to make a real impact across our site. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a fast-paced, hands‑on environment where no two days are the same. This is a full‑time, permanent opportunity based on‑site at our Sheffield location (S35). In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000–£40,000, depending on experience, along with a structured development plan designed to support your professional growth. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our people agenda — providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle, supporting employee relations cases, and helping our People Managers create a positive, engaging workplace. From Team Leaders to Operations Managers, you’ll be the trusted partner they turn to for clear advice, confident decision‑making, and constructive challenge.
You’ll also play a key role in driving site‑wide engagement activities and contributing to meaningful People projects, ensuring our culture continues to grow stronger every day.
