In today’s sophisticated business environment, an organization’s resourcefulness, agility, and ability to lead constant change through innovation are the keys to success. We are looking for a forward-thinking problem solver with superb communication skills.

What You'll Do

  • You will partner with and support our business stakeholders within HR and be their liaison from a strategic perspective.
  • Your focus areas, or so-called stakeholder-partnerships, will mostly revolve around reporting and configuration within the Workday HCM and one of Talent and Performance or Advanced Compensation or Time and Absence Management modules.
  • You will build, quality assure, and maintain HR system functionality to meet business requirements, which includes configuration of Workday, and ensuring that the connection to other HRIS applications within the rest of the Spotify ecosystem is working as expected.
  • You will tackle sophisticated processes, applications, and functional issues and lead these, in accordance with agreed service levels, through to resolution.
  • You will craft and operate processes and procedures to keep our environment in healthy shape and aligned with needed control frameworks, driving Data Integrity and Security initiatives to meet business needs and ITGC requirements.
  • You will improve your own as well as our common ways of working – every day – in candid and hard-working collaboration with your team.
  • You will lead training for Workday Users and Developers within Spotify.
  • You will grow your own and our common knowledge of relevant product offerings within the HRIS arena.
Who You Are
  • You have a solid understanding of the HRIS information structure, functions, and processes.
  • You have 4+ years of solid experience in Workday Core HCM module and one of Talent and Performance or Advanced Compensation or Time and Absence Management modules.
  • You are familiar and comfortable with using Workday EIBs.
  • You have an understanding of HR policies, roles, and global HR processes.
  • You have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • You have experience in SOX, IT General Controls, GDPR, and related audit controls.
  • You are highly organized with the ability to support multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • You are willing to work in an Agile environment with source control (Jira, Trello, Slack).
  • You have a demonstrable ability to build sound relationships and clearly communicate expectations.
  • You thrive in working with complementary teams and influencing IT service management practices, as well as strategy, tactics, and execution in your field of expertise.
  • You have excellent investigation and troubleshooting skills and can work independently and thrive as part of a team.
Where You'll Be
  • We are a distributed workforce enabling our band members to find a work mode that is best for them!
  • Where in the world? For this role, it can be within the EMEA region in which we have a work location.
  • Working hours? We operate within Central European (EMEA) time zones for collaboration.
