As a leading publisher, our client is renowned worldwide for publishing high-quality, peer-reviewed digital journals specialising in numerous pharmaceutical/medical/therapeutic areas. Through the use of product reviews, symposium reviews, e-newsletters and advertising, they help companies market products and services to an ever-growing global audience of relevant healthcare and pharmaceutical professionals. Due to phenomenal success and internal movement, they now have an exciting and immediate opening in London for an experienced Sales Manager.

Head of Sales Responsibilities:

1. Lead a high-performing and well-established team
2. Drive sales processes and quality productivity
3. Provide unwavering support to the sales team to achieve goals
4. Partner with client services and publishing teams to maximise opportunities
5. Utilise data analysis and key metrics to drive improvements
6. Manage the sales pipeline
7. Assist with closing key client business

Head of Sales Skills, Traits, and Experience:

1. Degree level education
2. Proven track record of successfully managing a high-performing sales function
3. Publishing, medical, digital or information background preferred
4. Effective leadership skills
5. Emotional intelligence
6. Business acumen, motivation and a dynamic yet professional approach to sales
7. First-class communication and presentation skills
8. Available to be in office 5 days per week

Head of Sales Rewards:

1. A negotiable base salary of 80-90k
2. A first-year achievable OTE of 180-190k
