Job Description

  1. Invoice processing
  2. Prepayment processing
  3. Data entry
  4. Vendor Management
  5. Bank Reconciliations
  6. Supplier liaising & supplier statement reconciliations
  7. Aged creditor reports
  8. Credit Card reconciliations

The Successful Applicant

  1. The successful candidate will be well versed in processing and have previously worked in an AP role.
  2. You will be studying towards an accountancy qualification.
  3. Experience working in a finance team ideally within the Non Profit space.
  4. Experience assisting suppliers and colleagues with invoice processing queries.
  5. Good Excel skills.
