A leading healthcare provider in the UK seeks a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant in Bicester to ensure the delivery of outstanding care for clients with complex needs. The role involves providing tracheostomy and spinal cord injury care with full training provided. Candidates should have at least 12 months of experience in care, good communication skills, and a compassionate approach. Benefits include weekly pay, ongoing training, and support. Full training provided. Type: minimum of 2 shifts per week. Days or nights 8-8.
Salary: £15 – £16.60 per hour (includes holiday pay accrual).
Requirements: To be eligible to apply, you must have recent UK experience in a complex care setting (tracheostomy care and spinal cord injury experience is essential) and hold full right to work in the UK.

As a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant for Innovate Care Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe, outstanding care for our male client based in South Ockenden. We are looking for a chatty and proactive candidate that is happy to engage in lots of conversation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting clients with spinal cord injuries, along with a confident and compassionate approach to care.
