Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in facility maintenance and/or a skilled trade.
• Basic proficiency with manual handling equipment.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections, maintenance and testing of building systems.
• Diagnose and resolve building issues, including HVAC malfunctions.
• Perform general repairs such as painting and plumbing.
• Ensure good housekeeping throughout facilities and common areas.
• Assist with facility projects, renovations, and installations.
