2. Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the façade industry, with a strong focus on roofing and cladding projects.
3. In-depth knowledge of roofing and cladding systems, materials, and installation techniques.
4. Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
