A leading event management company is seeking an enthusiastic Event Executive to join their Event Delivery team on a 6-month FTC. The role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of events in the European and US markets, ensuring a unique experience for all attendees. Ideal candidates should possess a higher education degree, strong communication skills, and prior event management experience. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, private health insurance, and additional leave benefits.
We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Event Executive with a “can-do” attitude to join our growing Event Delivery team on a 6 month FTC. The post holder will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of physical events for the European and US market, up to 2 per month. Ranging in size and logistical complexity, you will partner with key stakeholders and lead on the planning, development, and delivery of our events to create a memorable and unique experience for each customer.
Stakeholder & onsite management: Communicate with delegates, speakers, and sponsors; represent the campaign and Hanson Wade onsite (international travel).
Venue, suppliers & logistics: Manage conference hotels, external suppliers (AV, tech, signage, hostesses), and staff flights/accommodation.
Event delivery & materials: Create/proof event documentation, build running orders, and deliver mobile apps for larger campaigns.
Planning, budget & collaboration: Oversee budgets, work closely with campaign project teams to meet objectives, and support the wider function as needed.
