Job description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Event Executive with a “can-do” attitude to join our growing Event Delivery team on a 6 month FTC. The post holder will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of physical events for the European and US market, up to 2 per month. Ranging in size and logistical complexity, you will partner with key stakeholders and lead on the planning, development, and delivery of our events to create a memorable and unique experience for each customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder & onsite management: Communicate with delegates, speakers, and sponsors; represent the campaign and Hanson Wade onsite (international travel).

  • Venue, suppliers & logistics: Manage conference hotels, external suppliers (AV, tech, signage, hostesses), and staff flights/accommodation.

  • Event delivery & materials: Create/proof event documentation, build running orders, and deliver mobile apps for larger campaigns.

  • Planning, budget & collaboration: Oversee budgets, work closely with campaign project teams to meet objectives, and support the wider function as needed.

Education and experience:
  • Must have higher education degree or similar (Event Management degree preferred)
  • Previous event management experience is preferred
  • Previous experience with event software is preferred

£27,000
